Seems a little sadistic and opportunistic in the sense that the channel preys off the addicts and harangues them under the guise of "helping them" but they are looking for views and subscribers. They may be having fun but they are making fun of those who need help. It feels wrong. The thing is they are free to do it and I am free not to watch but it is sadistic and that is an illness.
