• Facilitation of Controlled Substances and Contraband: While discussions of personal lifestyle experiences or general harm reduction are allowed, the direct sale, offer, purchase, solicitation, broker arrangement, or manufacturing instructions for illegal narcotics, prescription medications, firearms, explosives, or other controlled contraband is prohibited.
• Direct Violence and Bodily Harm: Incitement to violence, credible threats of harm, instructions for suicide or severe self-harm, acts of terror, or non-consensual graphic torture.
• Commercial Solicitation and Paid Adult Services: Direct advertising, solicitation, or transactions for prostitution, escort services, paid in-person sexual services, pay-for-play arrangements, unauthorized affiliate marketing, pyramid schemes, or commercial fraud.
• Non-Consensual Imagery: Revenge porn, secretly recorded footage, non-consensual sexual media, or malicious synthetic media (deepfakes).

5. Hosting, Infrastructure, and Third-Party Advertising Disclosures

The Service relies on third-party services and network providers to deliver web pages, data, and monetization:

• Hosting & Web Software: SpunSociety.online is developed using WordPress open-source software and is hosted on third-party server infrastructure provided by DreamHost. You acknowledge that your data and content are processed and transmitted through DreamHost servers subject to standard technical operations and automated backups.
• Advertising Networks (HilltopAds): The Site displays advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, specifically HilltopAds. These advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, web beacons, or tracking pixels to serve, measure, and optimize targeted advertisements based on user traffic and browsing history.
• Data Policy — We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information: We do not sell, rent, trade, or exchange your personal identity information, account profiles, or private communications to third-party data brokers or commercial marketers for independent use. Data processed through third-party ad networks (such as HilltopAds) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the third-party provider’s privacy terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, NOT RIGHT MEDIA, LLC, DREAMHOST, AND OUR OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. • WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR USER-GENERATED CONTENT, USER INTERACTIONS, OFFLINE MEETINGS, EXPOSURE TO EXPLICIT MATERIALS, OR ACTIONS TAKEN BY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS (INCLUDING DREAMHOST OR HILLTOPADS).

9. Indemnification
